If you have registered on the Bevivo app and would like to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

1) Login to the Bevivo app using your email address and password

2) Select “Genetic Results” from the main menu

3) Open the Menu button by clicking the three horizontal bars in the top left hand corner

4) Select “Delete Account” from the options available. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account by re-entering your password and pressing the “Delete” button.

Please note your account will remove all of your personal information from our databases and this process cannot be undone.
