Return Policy
We offer a 21-day open return policy. If you desire to return any products, please initiate a return and request a refund by contacting Customer Service at hello@bevivo.com to obtain details on how to return the product. The Bevivo customer team will respond and provide further instructions. Please mail all returns to:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Outside of the first 21 days, no refunds will be issued for partially used products or products that appear to be handled, opened or tampered with.
Right Of Withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of cancellation on all agreements you have entered into with us. This applies from the day you receive the product.
